How do I know which size brace or support I should order?
Each product page includes a specific sizing chart. We recommend using a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of the affected area as described in the guide to ensure a snug, therapeutic fit.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for recovery gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that have been worn directly against the skin for extended periods cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
